We are working with a multi–award–winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 14 regions with 3 timber frame factories. Right now, they are looking for an Associate Construction Director to join their expanding East Midlands region based out of Leicester.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity within the East Midlands region. As Associate Construction Director you will be responsible, alongside the Construction Director, for the direction and control of the construction management activities for the Region, working in partnership with the other Directors and departments. Your key aim is to deliver the products of the Company to programme, within budget, to the required quality standard, and to Health, Safety and Environmental policy and procedure.

Strong construction experience in a Senior Management capacity.

Keen eye for detail and awareness of the technical detail in drawings.
Detailed knowledge of safe working requirements of Health, Safety and Environmental practice and Construction Design Management regulations.
A full and valid driving licence.
Conscientious, ambitious and self–motivated.
Decisive and authoritative, with experience of delivering results under pressure.
