Knowledge/Qualifications:
Experience:
Degree Educated
Consumer communications experience.
Considerable consumer brand experience.
Success with end to end digital project development .
Experience in leading and managing SEO/PPC, marketing database campaigns.
Planning and execution of digital content strategies.
Solid knowledge of website development & analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Experience of budget planning & management.
Development and management of Customer Loyalty Programmes.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate and influence all levels of management.
Team management.
Be able to commute to Harrow – Hybrid
Key Duties
Building and managing a roster of third party partners relevant to the development of the communications strategy.
Delivering against an aligned loyalty programme roadmap.
Working with the Digital Manager to develop effective communications campaigns in line with Brand Positioning, National Communications Strategy & Plan and National Selling Plan; to ensure that all Copmay digital platforms are robust and fit for purpose; to assess performance of digital activity against objectives and provide regular reports.
Working with the Brand Design Manager to deliver and implement new brand guidelines arcoss all creative assets and in line with campaigns.
Working with the Media Partnership Manager to generate national media income target through supplier–funded marketing assets, for the benefit of the marketing budget and RDC income.
Working with the Customer Relations Assistants to provide exemplary customer service within target resolution timelines, and to work with Zendesk to provide effective customer service platform support.
To monitor performance against budgets and ensure that targets are being met.
Build, develop and support effective relationships with the RDCs and other key stakeholders.
