We currently recruiting on behalf of the Councils Strategic Property Services team for a Programme Management Manager on a temporary basis 3 to 4 months but could be longer.
You will be responsible for commissioning property projects and related property services, and performance managing these commissioned works and services.
You will lead, develop and manage the Council's Property Programme Management Office (PMO). The scope of the PMO delivers programmes and projects from concept through to practical completion, delivering the planned benefits.
Manging the stages including financial planning and monitoring, commissioning, quality assurance, performance management, reporting of commissioned services and projects into business as usual.
Experience Required:
commissioning and managing construction and property related services including value and performance management at a senior level in a complex environment.
having successfully developed and implemented capital and revenue programmes and budgets.
enabling the delivery of best practice in construction and property related services
property related contract preparation, OJEU tendering, commissioning and contract management.
developing and working in successful partnerships with external parties.
Public sector experience would be of an advantage
GBP400–GBP450per day umbrella inside of IR55
