Audit Senior Temporary Job, Financial Services, Central London Firm of Accountants

My client is a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants, located in a highly accessible part of Central London. The firm offer a range of services including Audit & Assurance, Payroll, Corporate Finance, Forensic Accounting and more. The firm pride themselves in being experts in a number of sectors including Real Estate, Technology, Not-For-Profit and more.
Your new role
In this Audit Senior role, you will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, for clients within the Financial Services sector. You will report into Managers and may also be responsible for leading a team of Juniors and reviewing work. This temporary role is due to start ASAP, lasting for approximately 6 months with high possibility of extension.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CAANZ/SAICA/CPA/CA), with recent experience working within external audit (within the past 2 years). Experience working with clients within the Financial Services sector is essential for this role. You will be confident in leading audits from planning to completion and have experience reviewing the work of juniors. You will be technically strong reporting under both FRS 102 and IFRS.
