JOB SUMMARY

Working in a project team, with Project Manager, Product Owner, Category Managers, and other important stakeholders, my client is looking for someone to mature information in a Services Catalogue, a catalogue of products and services for the Business.

We require a suitably skilled individual that can communicate effectively with all areas of the business to generate appropriate information requests, capturing information, understand and mapping services into a ServiceNow catalogue tool. This position is responsible for taking a holistic view of information and data management through business intelligence.

In particular the requirement is to:
• Have analytical skills to create and maintain a variety of information sets.
• Have a good understanding of ServiceNow and be able to develop an in–depth understanding of service mapping architecture.
• Work with colleagues to standardise information sets in specific ways to enable the accurate population of an information catalogue.
• Assist in providing organisational training for users.
• Refine procedures and operating instructions for processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are important in this position in order to work well with internal clients, provide excellent troubleshooting skills when problems arise.
• Ability to draw information from various areas of the business.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
• Previous Government Security Clearance, Basic Clearance sufficient to get started
• ServiceNow Experience.
• Data Entry.
• ITIL Knowledge, IT Service Management.
• Ability to draw information from various areas of the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically an ability to communicate effectively across multiple management levels.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail, strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship–building skills.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
• Understanding of service modelling.
• Service Portfolio knowledge
