Voted one of the best places to work in Gloucestershire, our client is looking for a PR Account Executive, on a nine–month FTC to cover maternity.
A creative comms agency, with measurement at its core, this is a fun and exciting opportunity for a PR Account Director to lead a team of driven individuals.
Our client work 4.5 day weeks (paid for 5), with Fridays being a half–day, from home.
Responsibilities:
Ensure client timelines are created and adhered to by empowering your team
Approve team content
Create strategies and creative ideas that deliver against client goals
Handle reviews with your team – including the creation of SMART development goals
Work with the Head of New Business to onboard clients
Share your knowledge and experience as part of ongoing internal training and development
Lead creative meetings and let imaginations fly
Have calls with prospective clients and be involved in presentations for current clients
Create quality reports for clients alongside your team, highlighting agreed–upon measurements and KPIs
Be on top of the media in a way that's beneficial to clients and the team – looking for opportunities, managing and delegating reactive ideas to your team as required
Skills/ Experience:
PR experience, either in–house or agency
Previous experience leading a team
You are fun and friendly, with a creative flair and a keen eye for detail
You are ambitious, organised, and care about delivering great results
Digital savvy
Benefits:
5 day week, for 5 days' pay
25 days annual leave, plus your birthday day off
12 work from home days to use throughout the year
Charity work (last Friday of each month, dedicated hours)
