Junior In-house Legal Team Member

This international financial services company has a presence across Europe and a close knit London office in the heart of the West End. A vacancy has arisen within the legal team. You will be based out of the London office but there is considerable flexibility with regards to working from home and a part-time working arrangement could be an option for the right person.

Working closely with a more experienced lawyer your varied responsibilities will be broadly company commercial in nature including drafting, reviewing and negotiating the whole spectrum of commercial agreements and advising on company secretarial matters. This will best suit a junior lawyer or experienced paralegal or legal exec with a good commercial background and the desire to take on a more varied workload. Some previous exposure to funds or trusts work would be beneficial but more important is the right approach and personality fit. You will be well organised and adaptable; able to pick up new things quickly and build strong relationships with stakeholders in different geographical locations.
