Role: Head of Facilities
Location – Central London
A leading UK developer are looking For You to expand their already fantastic team. With the company currently planning a project worth GBP800+ million, a Head of Facilities is needed to oversee the developer's building portfolio.
This Is a great opportunity for any experienced Facilities manager who is looking to for an upbeat vibrant company.
Usually, projects are valued around the GBP50–GBP150 million mark but due to rapid growth and a fantastic revenue which is increasing every year the developer have been able to secure their biggest project yet.
Type – Permanent
Salary – GBP70,000 – GBP80,000
