I am working exclusively with a professional services sales led business, who are a well established, highly reputable organisation. Currently going through an exciting period of growth/transformations change and therefore looking to expand their HR function.
This is a GBP250 million turnover Private Equity backed organisation, undergoing huge investments into all aspects of business from training/learning and development, new systems, recruitment, Marketing, working environments, driving lots of new initiatives across the business, and culture.
Due to these exciting changes the business are looking for a experienced HR professional to help support the HR function to support in driving the forward thinking people agenda. Given the scale of the business and the growth strategy this role will naturally be very varied and diverse in it's nature, given you exposure to all aspects of HR as well as an opportunity to lead a number of very exciting projects we have in the pipeline to drive further improvements!
This role comes with a competitive salary, flexible working, clear, defined progression opportunities and the chance to work for a HR Director invested in her people and their professional and personal development so would give you a clear career path and also the chance to study your CIPD professional qualification.
This role will include the responsibility for :
Employee Relations
HR policy development
recruitment and retention
absence and performance management
