National Sales Manager / Sales Director – LED Lighting, Electrical
THE CLIENT
A European manufacturer of quality, branded LED lighting and electrical products. This is a well–established, privately–owned business that is seeking to expand it's small UK operation into a national footprint. The business is extremely agile with a flat–management structure. This is an opportunity to build the UK business, developing key customer relations whilst building your own team.
THE ROLE
This is a national sales role that will see you in charge of developing the UK business. You'll take a hands–on approach to growing sales via strategic partnerships within the electrical wholesale and contracting market whilst you build your own sales team to grow and manage regional contacts across the whole of the country.
THE CANDIDATE
We're looking for an experienced, hands–on sales manager with solid relationships within the UK electrical wholesale market. You'll have the gravitas and credibility to be able to develop strategic partnerships with the main players in this marketplace, as well as the knowledge and connections that will enable you to recruit, inspire and manage a dedicated sales team.
This is a role for someone who has intricate knowledge of the UK electrical sector and it is likely that you have both sales and sales management experience within this market.
THE REWARDS
Basic salary of up to GBP80,000 along with an attractive bonus structure that will see you earn up to GBP150,000 per year thanks to being directly rewarded a percentage of the business that develop. Executive car package/allowance, expenses, pension, health–care are just some of the perks that you can expect alongside.
