Junior Business Analyst

About The Role
This is a combined role, primarily a Business Analyst, but also a Project Manager
To elicit requirements for new business solutions or improvements to existing systems and guide their delivery
Capture and document requirements for system/feature specifications and/or process improvements
Support integration of new businesses as needed.
Provide solution support, training and administration.
Manage the delivery of development and changes through to completion.About The Candidate
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Previous experience working as part of a team
Able to demonstrate the use of analytical skills to resolve problems.
Ability to talk to internal customers to gather business requirements, understand challenges and effectively document them so that they are understood by the Business and developers and/or external suppliers.
Experience using Microsoft Office 365 tools.Personal Qualities Required and level at which to be demonstrated

Ability to work effectively in high pressure situations.
Proactive flexible and organised approach.
Ability to communicate and convey ideas clearly with team members including developers and people external to the team who will have differing levels of technical knowledge and experience.
Strong customer service skills and demonstrated the ability to build professional relationships.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Team Player who is eager to learn and develop new skills.
Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles.In addition, the following are highly desirable:

Knowledge of requirements capture and management methodologies.
Understanding of Service Provider technologies such as IP, MPLS, virtualisation, web hosting an advantage.
Previous demonstrable experience leading a project or projects to successful delivery.
Previous experience with Salesforce or Service Now.Education, Qualifications, and Special Training

Degree or experience in one of the following areas
