PA to Group CEO
This is an exciting role within a small and dynamic team. A varied role, with the PA to the Group CEO role being at the heart of the CEO office. You'll need to be organised and be proactive, solution focused to ensure tasks are completed successfully.
We welcome applications for an immediate start.
This is ideally a full time position, but will consider reduced hours
The role is based in Gosfield near Braintree, where you will need to be within a commutable distant with access to your own vehicle.
PA to the Group CEO Responsibilities
Alongside your typical PA duties, you'll take on projects that require excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You will need to be a strong communicator, have a problem–solving attitude, and have a great energy.
PA to the Group CEO Experience Essentials
You should have experience as a PA so you're comfortable with minute taking, organising travel, diary and calendar management and you'll understand the importance of meeting deadlines.
Energy, a positive attitude, and commitment are prerequisites as are exceptional IT and Microsoft skills.
You should:
* Be focused on solutions, (can–do attitude)
* Excel with time management and task coordination
* Be a confident decision maker
* Possess exceptional communication skills – across emails/telephone/Zoom
* Be highly flexible and adaptable
* Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
* Ideally educated to A level or equivalent in English
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role
* In–depth knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Experience working in a highly confidential environment with an understanding of GDPR policy
This role would suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to work locally, with agreed flexible hours within a great team doing great things in the manufacturing and metal work industry. Having experience in construction and manufacturing would be an advantage but not essential.
Qualifications and Experience:
Anyone with less than 5 years' experience at Exec PA level is unlikely to have the depth and breadth of experience needed.
