Location – National (home based with numerous regional offices spread across the UK)
Industry – FM, M&E Services, Central Plant Heating and Cooling, HVAC, Chillers AHU's, CHP, Precision Controls, Ventilation, Heat Networks and Commercial Heat Pumps.

Ideally you will have a good network into some of the major top tier FM companies along with a successful sales record of both growing share of wallet but also securing new national FM clients and multi–site international end user corporations.
The Position
An exciting opportunity as Commercial Service and Maintenance Sales Director for a leading Central Plant Heating and Cooling provider that is now available due to promotion based on impressive sales growth. You will be responsible for a highly successful national sales team of BDM's and KAM's selling into and managing the leading FM companies. Furthermore, you will have the responsibility of key stakeholder engagement at a senior level within these companies, both maintaining the relationships, growing wallet share and securing new FM clients. Alongside your sales strategy to achieve this, you will have control of substantial budget to significantly grow the sales team, operations and field–based service & maintenance engineers.

Experience Required
You must have a successful sales background selling either commercial heating and/or cooling service and maintenance contracts into major FM companies or national framework agreements with major multi–site end users that operate a number of offices, hotels, hospitals, pharma laboratories, universities, retail premises, multi residential tower blocks, shopping centres, supermarkets and data centres. You have secured high value national contracts from GBP100k's to GBPM's over various contract periods and it will be ideal if you have managed and/or have the ability to lead by example a high performing sales team of both new business BDM's and existing business KAM's.
