A prestigious, global leading Charity organisation are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team for a 1 month, temporary holiday cover.

You must be available to start w/c Monday 13th June.

JOB ROLE: Personal Assistant to the CEO and Office Administrator

COMPANY: Private, non– profit development organisation

HOURS: Full time/ hybrid working 2 days in the office; Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm

SALARY: GBP16.50 per hour, plus holiday pay

LOCATION: Kings Cross, London

CULTURE: Corporate office, working within a friendly and busy environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Providing exceptional PA / Admin support for CEO
Managing diaries and booking appointments
Meeting and greeting guests
Attending meetings
Being the first point of contact, assisting with ad hoc duties
Redirect emails and escalate to the appropriate team
Organising travel arrangements
Arranging couriers and booking taxis
Ensuring that the office remains up to date with hygiene standards
Maintaining and submitting expenses
Working with the head of finance to manage data lists
IT focal point for the office, ensuring all software is updated
Representing the company at Health and Safety meetings SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Educated to undergraduate degree
Qualified first aider is desirable
Highly organised nature
Proven ability to multitask in a busy environment
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Strong experience of working in a client facing PA, EA role
Excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Experience using Salesforce software is advantageous
A confident, professional, flexible and friendly disposition
Establish and maintain effective relationships
