SF Executive are currently working with a marketing leading project / manufacturing business to find a commercially focussed Chief Financial Officer to join their business which is headquartered in Leicestershire
As Chief Financial Officer you will support the CEO around the shaping and delivery of strategy but also look after all financial reporting and working capital management. You will also be the main POC for external stakeholders, banks and owners.
Due to the size and scale of this role, the successful candidate will be an established, senior financial leader with a strong commercial background and has proven experience of driving and delivering business growth.
Experience of working within a manufacturing business is essential.
Whilst there won't be an immediate opportunity for equity, due to the current ownership structure of the business there will be an opportunity for an exit bonus / equity deal in the future.
