Calibre Search are delighted to working with a highly successful and niche Consultancy who provide a specialist service within the Healthcare sector.
The Consultancy themselves are keen to bring an Associate level Construction Project Manager based in Central London. You will be leading in all aspects of programme and project management of these schemes (hospitals to new build campuses) from inception all the way through to completion.
Ideally, they're keen to speak with fellow project managers who have already experienced assisting and delivering construction projects via the design/consultancy phase through the RIBA Stages.

Duties:
Leading on the day–to–day delivery of projects and in time, become confident in leading projects
Helping other team members within the project management and QS teams
Undertake contact administration and dealing with Tenders
Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
Manage of consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract
Liaise with the client on deviations from specification, budget etc
Conduct meetings and show strong communication and client facing skills with all stake and share holders
Ensure that all CDM regulations have been followed throughout the delivery of project
Manage logistics and resource allocation to ensure delivery of project to a high standard
