Zachary Daniels are proud to be partnering with a leading national charity in their search for a Head of Solutions this a unique role which will require the successful candidate to consult with the directorate and business units to support the continued growth of the charity and the retail arm.

About the role:

  • Support the Directorate to lead the delivery of the organisation's portfolio of programmes and projects whilst implementing new capabilities, changes to operating models and associated cultural changes.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of implementation to ensure quality standards are met, risks to our operations and stakeholders are minimised and user acceptance is achieve
  • Lead and contribute to the development of practical solutions and methodologies to solve complex business problems taking a data led approach, using insightful analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Build, lead and develop a multi–disciplinary team of experts, across multiple specialist knowledge/experience, and be able to provide high quality insight and analysis to the charity in order to provide solutions that are value for money.
  • Develop and lead strategic and operational solutions appropriate for multi– disciplinary customers and consider the impacts across a variety of competing matters, resource constraints, risks and rewards.
  • To act and secure this high profile role as a trusted point of contact in providing solutions to some of the most difficult challenges the Charity faces.
  • Build and cultivate external relationships, networks and third party supplier relationships, in order to understand the wider environment/market/sector in context of the future needs of the charity, and then utilise these relationships when leading the embed of new practises or establishing contracting arrangements in the charity as appropriate.
  • Champion and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team and to encourage career progression.
  • Embed a culture of inclusivity and diversity across the Business Services Directorate in how we work with customers and employees, aligned to the charities Values, EDI Code of Conduct and Leadership & Management Behaviours.

About the person

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Retail Central Operations or a Multisite Human Resources role such as a Head of HR with an operational background
  • A proven track record in partnering
  • Ability to influence at a senior/Board level

Salary up to GBP78,000 plus car and benefits.
