MacGregor Black is currently working with a successful Healthcare business, on a search for a talented and organised Business Development Manager. This is a Full–Time permanent hybrid role based in Leeds.

As the Business Development Manager, you are a key interface between the company and client/s, responsible for proactive day–to–day management, as well as development of our client relationships. You are responsible for seeking out innovative strategies to hit company revenue and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with key healthcare frameworks across the UK
  • Negotiate heavily to ensure the most profitable, fairest agreement can be secure for the business
  • Educate the wider business on the healthcare profession, making recommendations on NPD where relevant
  • Work across multiple product categories including; maternity, absorbency, eyecare and PPE
  • Grow the already existing supply contract with the NHS
  • Take ownership in building a GTM strategy for the healthcare sector

What are we looking for?

  • A proven track record in securing new business within the healthcare sector
  • 3–5 years knowledge of working within healthcare frameworks
  • Confident, ambitious and energetic
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Well organised, time efficient and ability to multi–task
  • Good commercial acumen and creative flair
  • Ability to travel 2–3 days per week
