Requirements
- Proven track record of Agile coaching in a large organization
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS..)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and an ability to build strong working relationships with Insurance business line and key stakeholders
