Project Manager (Agile) in Cambridge, GBP53k p.a, Hybrid role
Job title: Project manager (Agile)
Job position: Permanent
Job type: Hybrid role (2 days per week or so)
Salary: GBP53000 per annum + Benefits
Location: Cambridge
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Agile Project Manager who will be working closely with senior members of the team and other business stakeholders (Product Owners, Technology Leads, etc.) to analyze high–level capability and product development roadmaps.
Accountability:
Use Agile Project Management principles to plan and manage activities that develop our automated capabilities.
Monitor, track, and report on resources, progress, and risks
Establish good management practices & agile ways of working
Experience:
Experience in product development/innovation teams
Strong experience of and enthusiasm for working in an agile and iterative environment
Applying agile principles and working practices to projects, including those outsides of software development
Demonstrable experience in working on complex / multiple simultaneous projects
Experience in managing suppliers
Experience in managing conflicting demands from stakeholders
Experience in managing projects and delivery in an examinations / awarding context would be advantageous.
Experience working with data and understanding GDPR and the sharing of data across organizations would be advantageous.Skills:
Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting priorities
An understanding of agile development and project management methodologies;
Effective communication, both orally and in writing;
Can plan schedules and workloads in order to meet inflexible targets
Excellent organizational skills to maintain effective management of a range of complex tasks and functions
