Your role will be to take this business on a digital transformation journey by identifying the best talent to deliver this transformation. You will develop and forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders, develop and create unique recruitment strategies to identify talent quickly and secure the services of these individuals in a highly competitive market.

Offering insights and guidance to managers, ensuring you are fully up to date with the market and understand trends, emerging technology and skills. Proactive networking using various tools and systems at your disposal, partnering with universities and Tech groups to create innovative ways to engage passive candidates.

Supporting the wider technology recruitment teams and HRBP's with talent pools, insights and developments within the digital & data transformation area.

You'll manage full life cycle recruitment processes from intake, brief, posting, shortlisting, pre-screen and submission. Then interview management, offer and deployment you'll ensure the candidates journey is the best it can be. You'll also work with external agency partners, diversity organizations and CV databases. Leverage and immerse yourself in the companies .Digital EVP to ensure your attracting the right talent and they fully understand what the business is trying to achieve and how can help and grow within the business.

Measures will include, TTF (time to fill), cost savings with money spent on external agencies & search firms, stakeholder and candidate satisfaction rates along with diversity and quality of hire.
Candidates will have worked with the technology markets previously and fully understand the digital and data sector. This can be in-house or agency, but an ability to demonstrate relative experience and success in these markets are paramount to this role. Expert knowledge of recruitment practices, legislation, interviewing, sourcing and assessment methods are also key.

The role can be based anywhere in Europe and the role can offer a fully hybrid way of working. Digital hubs include Manchester, London & Madrid. If you want to work from an office you have the ability to do this as well as fully remote.

The package available is an excellent basic of GBP50,000 - GBP58,000 with a company bonus, private medical and generous pension.
