Location – National projects but ideally you will be based in the Midlands and/or selling via Consultants or main M&E Contractors that operate in the region.
Industry – Water Cooled Chillers, Water cooling, Chillers, Heat Pumps, Central Plant, Data Centre's, Close Control, Precision Cooling, Critical Infrastructure Cooling, Computer Room Air Conditioning, Heat Recovery, Fan Coil Units, CRAC, AHU's.

Technical, consultative, solution sell, full turnkey approach to specialist, large scale and high value commercial or process cooling projects.
The Position
This is a brand–new Business Development Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of water cooled air conditioning, chiller systems, CHP and heat pumps, within a specialist team focused on water based commercial central plant cooling and heating. You will manage existing relationships and develop new clients primarily with mechanical consultants and main M&E contractors involved with major UK commercial, residential, process and industrial application projects. You will have an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient water cooled central plant, HVAC, chillers, precision cooling systems and other central plant heating solutions incorporating renewable technologies such as air to water and water to water heat pumps.

Experience Required
This is a highly specialist role in a team of experienced industry professionals so you must have a successful sales record selling the latest central plant systems such as water cooled air conditioners or water cooled condensers, water cooled chillers, CRAC, hydronics, cooled water MVHR, CHP and air to water and water to water heat pumps via consultants and/or main M&E contractors. Degree level candidates, ideally MEng or BEng and/or candidates with industry HVAC or refrigeration qualifications would be of great interest although not a pre–requisite.
