Residential Development Partner , Bournemouth
This is a superb and unique opportunity to join a very good firm who have a clear structure for their Property teams and who have made a conscious strategic decision about where they position themselves within the market. The firm are known for their commercial side and they have found there is a strong flow of work coming in with Residential Development matters from servicing these commercial clients across the departments.
The firm are award winning and chambers rated. You will handle high value housebuilder and landowner instructions by focusing on providing excellent client service, something they have done for a long time which has helped them establish their current platform.

You will have a previous track record and interest in residential development work generally having acted on behalf of housebuilders, social housing providers and / or landowner clients and you should have excellent technical skills having handled complex high value transactions previously.

Hybrid and full working from home options will be considered here and ideally you will be at 7+ PQE and it is not imperative that you have a following of your own howvere any suitbale client networks you do hve may be of interest to the firm and could become part of salary negotiation.
