NRM part of Cawood is the UK's leading independent scientific group, recognised for its technical capability and value–added service to customers. We provide laboratory analysis to the agriculture, food and environmental sectors, as well as contract research to GLP standards to support the development of agrochemicals, biocides and other chemicals.
Cawood currently have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to be based out of our site in Bracknell on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
?? To help to deliver revenue and profit growth for the business
?? To create, maintain and support close relationships with our customers and clients
?? To drive, support and promote new initiatives, products and services within NRM
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
?? Business Development or sales experience within the environmental sector is preferred
?? A scientific/ Environmental sector background is desirable
?? A team player
?? Full UK driving license
?? Flexibility to travel throughout the UK for customer meetings
?? Good interpersonal skills
?? Confident personality and good telephone manner
?? Excellent organiser
?? IT proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams
?? Flexibility in working hours
?? Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
?? Keen to learn and develop within the business
?? Ability to prioritise tasks
