At Gearset, we build a cutting–edge DevOps solution for the millions of developers building applications on Salesforce, the world's biggest enterprise PaaS. In a few short years, Gearset has become the DevOps solution of choice for some of the world's biggest companies, including IBM, McKesson, and even Salesforce themselves.

Gearset is Cambridge's fastest growing startup, rocketing from 7 people in 2017 to over 140 today. People are the thing that makes Gearset great. We build great products, create engaging marketing, sell consultatively in a way users love, and work with them to deliver all round customer success. This is all only possible because of the team we've built and how we work together. Fundamentally, the team we've built is the thing that makes Gearset what it is.

We're looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team and help Gearset reach our ambitious growth plans. We've more than doubled the size of our team in the last twelve months, and we want to do the same again next year.
