HR Business Analyst
Do you have experience of mapping processes using Blu Works or a similar process mapping tool? If you are looking for an opportunity to join a flexible, family first organisation that is going through peak transformational change and would like to play a key part in identifying solutions and developing processes then we would like to hear from you!
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote – anywhere in the UK
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, completely flexible start, and finish times
Salary: Circa GBP35,000
Duration: 3–month FTC with possibility to go permanent
Benefits: 25 days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays, Life Assurance 4 x Salary, Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Pension up to 6% matched.
– Contribute to the development and improvement of internal systems
– Developing and mapping new processes to meet the needs to customers and stakeholders
– Working directly with the TA, HR and People teams to first focus on the HR BP teams
– Developing a strong understanding of the needs within the people team
– Assessing process requirements, analysing impacts (financial and non–financial)
– Asking probing questions to find the best process solutions
– Produce high quality process maps and supporting information
– When developing processes, consider points of failure, capturing business risk
– Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, assess for business suitability and sustainability
About you:
– Experience using IBM Blu Works or an alike tool for designing process maps
– Knowledge of HR systems and processes is desirable, generalist business experience considered
– Excellent verbal communication and relationship management skills, including negotiation, persuasion and motivation at all levels
– Adept at analysing data and information to identify improvement opportunities
– Positive attitude and a passion for improving efficiency and quality
