They are well capitalised and invest across non–performing, non–core and real estate assets, in addition to other private equity opportunities. What the job involves
- Perform due diligence and financial modelling of potential investment opportunities
- Analyse and weigh investment options to improve returns and create value
- Prepare investment memos and investment committee documentation
- Undergraduate degree from a top tier university
- Experience in a top–tier bank or credit fund
- Strong business acumen with experience in critically evaluating business and investment opportunities
- Superior quantitative skills including financial modelling and valuation
- Excellent business English
