Role: Head of Commercial Salary: GBPcommensurate on experience Location: Nationwide Overview 2Fawcett – Construction & Infrastructure are proud to be partnering with a leading Tier 1 specialist consultancy in their search for a key appointment of Head of Commercial. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate is to lead the Commercial department implementing industry best practice across the business for all commercial operations. To plan, develop and implement commercial strategies to minimise commercial risk through the effective management of contracts, supply chain engagement and client account management, and to optimise contractual positioning to ensure sustainable positive returns for all stakeholders. You will drive positive behaviour throughout the operational delivery teams through the management and analysis of Profit and Loss accounts leading to ongoing improvements in delivery performance and profitability. Maximising accuracy of financial reporting through regular engagement with operational and departmental commercial colleagues. You will optimise the coordination of business development activity ensuring that excellent client relationships are maintained and there is a strong and sustainable pipeline of new opportunities to support the ongoing growth of the business.
