Senior Business Analyst – Digital, Online & Ecommerce SolutionsLondon / RemoteGBP60,000+ plus bonus and benefitsHousehold name Fast Moving Consumer Goods business seeks to attract a career focused Business Analyst seeking to join a global digital solutions team and genuinely contribute to the firm's digital transformation product agenda.The Digital Transformation team have a primary objective of becoming a digital leader within the FMCG industry and the Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in making this a reality in partnership with our digital, marketing, and commercial teams. The Senior Business Analyst is an IT professional responsible for working with key stakeholders to document requirements, map processes as well as supporting the Product Owner in setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by a software Scrum team to ensure the agreed features and functionality of the product are built.Key responsibilities
- Conduct Market Discovery – thoroughly document business requirements in digestible formats
- Translate 'Discovery' features into well–defined product requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Collaborate with cross functional team– architecture, designers, product owners, data, analytics, to ensure a suitable 'customer mindset' solution is agreed on
- Manage and run requirements workshops with Business and IT stakeholders
- Translate requirements into user stories or specifications that can be worked on by developers
- Maintain backlog of requirements and ensure requirements meet the products definition of ready
- Present the requirements to large audiences and be prepared for Q&A
- Strong business analysis, process mapping and process improvement expertise
- Digital and Marketing Technology knowledge is preferred
- Agile experience desired including previous use of JIRA, Azure Dev Ops
- LEAN SIX SIGMA accreditation preferred
- Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer–first mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to partner with and influence global functions, markets, and external partners to deliver on our commitments
