Regional Head of Conveyancing – Residential – Salary up to GBP125,000 + benefits REF (phone number removed)
The Role
Superb opportunity to join a national conveyancing team that offers specialist quality legal advice to a national client base.
The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high–quality property work and intuitive, modern, way of working.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm's residential offering, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Residential Conveyancing to work alongside its existing management team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied residential offering as Head of Conveyancing.
The ideal candidate will be currently managing a sizeable residential offering and will have demonstrable leadership experience. The successful candidate will principally be involved in overseeing the Yorkshire conveyancing operation and implementing the firms wider, national, conveyancing strategy. There is a steady flow of new investment into the firm and it is consequently seeking a motivated/technically strong Head of Conveyancing to further develop the established Yorkshire team and push forward the wider national conveyancing strategy.
The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside existing team leaders, senior stakeholders and the wider national management team
The firm is based in Yorkshire and the location is commutable from Manchester and the Northeast. There is the opportunity to take full advantage of the firms existing agile working policy.
