Meraki Talent's client is currently looking to hire a Pensions Operations Director on a permanent basis. Our client is one of the most innovative and fast growing businesses in their market. Their business has grown significantly both organically and through acquisition and as they prepare for their next phase of development in the Pension Admin area are looking for an Operations Director.

As a Pensions Operations Director you will be responsible for Pensions Operations for a portfolio of clients. The overall headcount is over 150FTE and it is anticipated there will be a large degree of change and transformation for the Ops Director to oversee.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK with a commitment to spend time in one of their right offices UK wide and to travel to Edinburgh for meetings.

Role outcomes will include:

Operational Strategy – direct the development of the Pensions Operations function to ensure it provides a great services. Direct and oversee the change governance of technology solution. Leadership management strategy, culture and methodology.

Process – lead Pensions Ops area's resilience with the 1LOD and deliver reporting to governance forums. Direct and lead the delivery of KPI's in relation to customer's contractual terms. Direct the Ops Transformation Programme. Direct and lead Risk Management programme. Direct and implement Operational Controls. Ensure proper engagement of client visits/audits and external audits.

People – lead and direct staff, ensure management team are at the correct level and that appropriate training and development is in place. Ensure all mandatory compliance training has taken place. Lead and direct the culture.
