Our PE backed, high-growth multi-site consumer facing client require an Interim Finance Change Lead. The role will be for 12 months initially, hybrid working between London and home.

You will be supporting the CFO, Group FC and wider stakeholders to deliver a more efficient, dynamic and credible finance function through the overhaul and implementation of a new finance system, processes and digitalised framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the lead within the Finance function regarding the implementation of a new ERP system; work across the business to gather data, and define solutions
  • Implement standardised and efficient finance processes into the new system, embedding tools to increase automation and integration with other systems
  • Work with cross-functional Leaders across the business; ensuring full collaboration to drive the system and ensure each function works in harmony
  • Design and implement aspects of the new system; workflows, controls and processes, with support from a Business Analyst to define ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes
  • Liaise with the system vendor, ensuring all business requirements are being met including project spend and budget maintenance
Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience supporting a Finance function in the implementation and continuous use of an ERP, and other associated systems and processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring full utilisation of the system cross-functionally
