Our client is a PE Backed Buy and Build business are seeking a CFO to be crucial partner to the CEO and key member of the board, including full responsibility for the finance function and a broad remit across the organisation.
The CFO will be integral to defining the future strategic direction of the business and ensuring their continued growth and success. The focus of the role will be on providing a high level of commercial vision to support a swift period of planned growth.
As the right hand to the CEO with full responsibility for leading the finance function and a broad operational remit, you will be professionalising, leading and implementing all controls, processes and procedures to drive growth for the business and oversee their effective buy & build strategy.

- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
- A demonstrable background as autonomous CFO in a PE Backed buy & build business, ideally within a Financial/Professional Services environment.
- Be proactive and entrepreneurial with exceptional interpersonal skills, and be a skilled communicator.
- Ability to mentor and motivate the finance team.
- A track record of implementing and improving accounting systems, processes and management information and financial reporting is a must.
- Experience of acquisitions and integrations.
