Job Title – HR Business Partner

Location – a combination of home working and travel to offices in Bishop's Stortford and Shepherd's Bush

The HR Business Partner is a fully generalist role covering all aspects of HR and will support both the commercial and operations teams for delivering the functional people plan for the Company whilst ensuring that professional HR support, guidance and advice is given for employee relations, people development, resourcing and reward activities in line with group and functional policies and procedures in order to enable the function to achieve its business objectives.

You:

• A track record of success ideally gained in a fast paced manufacturing, cost conscious and customer focused business environment
• Experience in managing complex ER issues with a comprehensive working knowledge of employment law and best practice
• Good relationship and rapport building skills with internal and external contacts at any level
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate technical HR information clearly & concisely
• Strong current knowledge of UK employment legislation regarding employment, e.g. collective agreements, dismissal and discrimination
• Ideally experience of negotiating workforce arrangements e.g. shift changes or pay deals
• Effective coach at all levels

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to come on board to help create and implement our HR strategy. We have a strong growth story and expansion plan. The role is both strategic and operational and so the person will need to be able to roll their sleeves up. It's a small(ish) team, but with lots of knowledge and experience, the role will report into the Head of HR and will have 'best practice' experience and to be able to step change the people agenda.
