HR Change Partner

Now we are out of the Covid haze there are some really interesting and exciting project focused roles coming up.

I am currently working with a brilliant leading brand based in the East Midlands who are looking for an Interim Change Consultant/Business Partner to join them until about September.

This role is a really good opportunity for someone who works as a career interim or who specialises in change management, restructures or who has managed large HR projects form end to end.

They will consider this position on both a fixed term basis or via a day rate, all they ask is for experience across the following areas.

• Change management
• Project management (a qualification in this would be fab but not mandatory)
• Restructures
• Complex ER
• Org Design

This position can be based remotely within reason, they would love you to head to the offices in the East Midlands but if you are further afield there is the chance they would consider a remote role!
