As an excellent coach, you'll use your employee relations and HR expertise to deliver high quality, proactive case management and support . Examples include; capability, disciplinary, grievances, absence management, ACAS conciliations, tribunal claims, appeals and flexible working requests.Duties and responsibilities
- Providing sound and professional advice and guidance to line managers for employee relations cases.
- Coaching and supporting managers with people matters, you'll be readily available when you're needed providing first line support
- Having end to end ownership and management of capability, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Attending capability, disciplinary, grievances, absence management hearings and tribunals as required, including preparation and support with all written correspondence
- Producing monthly ER dashboards detailing trends and analysing those trends with HRBPs and CHRO
- Coach and support managers in specific training needs around people management.
- Expert knowledge of HR and employee relations
- Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support HCA objectives.
- Strong experience of working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results.
- CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential
- Prior experience in healthcare is not essential
