Recruitment Business Partner

Kingswood Group are working with a global, professional services firm to recruit an expert Recruitment Business Partner to join their international TA team specialising in Legal services hiring.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, successful firm that has international reach. The Talent Acquisition team are key to the business achieving its' goals by attracting and hiring a diverse and highly skilled workforce. Working closely with your TA colleagues and the wider HR function, your role will have a mix of strategic partnering and operational delivery recruiting into the Legal services functions of the firm.

Ideally you'll have previous experience working either in–house with another professional services firm recruiting Legal professionals such as Lawyers, General Counsel etc. and partnering with the business to discuss and plan resourcing strategy in these areas. Or you might have been working in and agency or on–site specialising in this area of recruitment and are looking to make a move in–house brining your industry knowledge with you.
