We are recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a global market leading company in their sector!
This is an exciting new role for the UK office due to recent restructures, and a key role for the global business. The HR team are passionate about the company's success and their people.
You will be a champion for employee engagement and culture, working cross–functionally on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives targeting job satisfaction, enhanced employee experience, improved working relationships, and diversity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities:
- Serves as the company's UK team leader of employee engagement and culture
- Builds collaborative relationships across the global business to support organisational and people–related strategies and processes
- Engage with leadership to provide expertise on HR policies and procedures, legal compliance, coaching, career development, performance management, succession planning, and talent management
- Contribute to the design and administration of compensation and employee benefit programs
- Conduct full cycle recruitment activities such as pre–screening, interviewing, recommending, and coordinating interviews with executive staff
- Oversee the office management functions for the office including managing vendor relationships
- This position will report into the global senior team in the United States
What the employer is looking for:
- 7+ years' experience in a similar senior level HR role, within a global corporate business, professional services, or tech
- CIPD Level 7 qualified, or relevant degree and experience – essential
- Experience and confidence in working at VP / C–Suite level
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws
- Experience working with a global company structure would be advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations and negotiation and personnel information systems required
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, HR modelling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources required
- Proven experience in guiding others in personal development and growth
- Proven experience of working through intricate and sometimes conflicting information to make the best decision
