An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Service Development to join our client's operation team.

As Head of Service Development, you will be responsible for leading the development of the service proposition to its distribution partners and customers working with all functions in organisation, with your responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Understanding the competitive positioning of our service proposition
• Evaluating and proposing enhancements to our service proposition
• Monitoring and acting upon emerging opportunities in existing and future distribution markets
• Acting as sponsor and / or business lead on implementing new service propositions
• Understanding advisers' and customers' existing perceptions and future expectations
• Collaborating with our:
  • Customer Service, Underwriting and Claims departments to understand and build upon development strategies within their functions
  • Sales team to assist and build upon emerging distribution opportunities
  • Head of Business and technical Architecture to keep abreast of emerging technology opportunities which could be leveraged with Guardian's proposition
  • New and existing distribution partners to understand and remain competitive with the changing market landscape
