By joining them, you'll help power an organisation that is transforming an entire industry with a unique customer first approach.Your new roleReporting to the Operations Director, this role will see you become part of a Senior Management Team. You will be responsible for Service Delivery ensuring customer satisfaction, financial performance, operational performance and taking a lead on service improvement. You will have an impact on customers, operations and financial performance ensuring new customers are set up for success and onboarded and revenue and profit targets are met. You will be measured based on improving customer satisfaction, hitting KPIs and managing problems and escalations. You will team manage a delivery team ensuring they hit targets and are operating effectively as well as working with leadership team to bring through improvements and innovation.What you'll need to succeedWe are looking for applicants with c.10 years IT experience, ideally with an IT Service Provider/Service Delivery roles. You will be comfortable operating in a network service provider environment and have a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. You will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships as well as managing people and performance against key objectives and driving improvement. You will have a hands–on pragmatic style with a track record in a fast–paced SME business. Ideally you'll hold an ITIL qualification or Prince2 or have experience working in an ITSM framework environment as well as an understanding of Telecoms, Networking and IT Infrastructure. We are also looking for applicants with UK experience that can qualify for BPSS/SC Clearance.
