With a particularly strong reputation for its work in the technology sector, the firm's clientele includes high–growth companies, venture capital funds and multinationals.

Sharing the same value as its clients, the firm has a strong commitment to innovation which leaves it aptly placed to understand and solve the challenges faced by its clients.

The employment team has grown organically over the last several years and the team now requires an additional partner to assist with the continued development of the team from leadership, management and strategic viewpoint.

This individual can be based in my client's London, Cambridge or Oxford office.

The employment team offers domestic and international employment law advice and focuses on assisting large multinationals and high–growth companies on complex strategic plans, HR challenges and transactional matters.

About you

This role would suit a highly experienced employment Partner (or lawyer looking to step into Partnership) with a passion for supporting growth–stage companies or larger multinational employers.

Experience advising international clients is essential for this role.

A client following would be a benefit but is not a strict requirement. You must however have a demonstrable track record of winning and building new business and developing and maintaining key client relationships.

You will likely have a good mix of experience across contentious, non–contentious and transactional matters, and will have practised within a city or leading regional or boutique practice.
