As a result of growth, a newly created Audience Development Director opportunity has arisen at a forward thinking media business set in beautiful idyllic countryside not far from Westerham and Biggin Hill, where you will be responsible for setting and delivering the audience and data strategy across an extensive media product portfolio for highly successful international B2B brands.

As Audience Development Director you will be supported by the audience and data team, who you will manage, develop and mentor to help achieve success, and will collaborate with key internal stakeholders in order to put together a plan for audience growth and acquisition.

Your brand new Audience Development Director role will include:

Creating an audience development plan and strategy to achieve market share growth, drive user acquisition and audience retention through utilising data insights
Conducting market, competitor and reader research
Carrying out marketing sizing and mapping
Maintaining existing data–sets and developing new prospects
Audience lifecycle management
Growing the database
Setting, rolling out and reporting on key metrics to track campaign performance
Leading, managing and developing the audience and data team
Monitoring acquisition costs
I am interested in speaking with audience development, performance and data marketing professionals such as an Audience Development Director, Director of Audience Development, Marketing Director, or Head of Audience Development with a proven track record of driving growth through multi–channel and audience focused campaigns – and who has previous experience within the B2B media industry. You'll also have experience in people management, CRM technology, and audience / marketing mapping – as well as knowledge in SEO and GDPR legislation.

Salary GBP60,000 to GBP70,000 (depending on level of experience) plus attractive benefits including free parking on–site, employee awards and social events, recreational activities on–site, and private healthcare.
