Head of Digital Performance Marketing

Workplace policy: South Manchester – Hybrid remote

Salary: Up to GBP100k – GBP120k (DOE)

Budget/Spend: GBP300k per month on budgets across 4 channels (PPC / Affiliates / SEO / Paid Social)

A super exciting leadership position involving overseeing 4+ people and owning all acquisition channels has just launched across our site on behalf of a reputable and thought–leading Lead Generation Solutions Provider in Manchester that is poised for big things in the coming years.

Already possessing a strong list of 100+ clients that all trust and rely on the brand's innovative technology and digital marketing offerings (high–quality videos, SEO Strategies, lead generation campaigns etc.), our client is looking for a Head of Digital Performance Marketing to work alongside the CEO and improve ROI.

Taking charge over PPC, Affiliates, SEO & Paid Social channels and receiving regular reports from each manager of that space, this role requires a proven digital expert with firm experience managing multi–million GBP budgets that can effectively spearhead digital marketing strategies and drive performance.

Key responsibilities:

* Help your teams drive qualified leads from target segments at a target CPL through performance–focused marketing activities

* Develop a marketing strategy roadmap

* Use a combination of PPC, Paid Social and organic search in SEO to ramp up attention for the brand's tech

* Ensure the company's page is optimised to drive traffic through keyword research

* Create evergreen and tactical campaigns across multiple platforms and ensure thorough testing is done to optimise/maximise engagement

* Ensure link building activities are maintained throughout your teams.

* Use SEO to increase the visibility of organic searches with the aim being to drive traffic to the company website

* Drive online conversion through the sales funnel process

* Adopt a test and learn approach

What are the key skills you need?

* Experience managing multi–million GBP budgets across PPC, Affiliates, SEO & Paid Social

* Confident leader that can nurture others to success and delegate tasks effectively

* Deep background in consumer–focused environments

* Full knowledge of digital marketing practices and digital acquisition

* Experience working towards and driving ROI

* Highly attuned communicator across search marketing, social media & paid search channels
