They are seeking an ambitious and driven Solicitor with experience commensurate to that of 2+ years' PQE to join their Top Tier L500 Commercial Property Team based in Essex.
The Opportunity
You will work alongside an experienced team, headed up by a L500 recognised Partner, that acts on behalf of a broad range of clients to include national and international investors, high-net-worth landowners, renewable energy providers, trusts and pension funds, national retailers, local authorities, healthcare providers, schools, colleges and landlords and tenants.

The Opportunity
You will work alongside an experienced team, headed up by a L500 recognised Partner, that acts on behalf of a broad range of clients to include national and international investors, high-net-worth landowners, renewable energy providers, trusts and pension funds, national retailers, local authorities, healthcare providers, schools, colleges and landlords and tenants.
The department is well established and provides advice to clients on:
- Leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices
- General landlord and tenant matters including 1954 Act notices
- The acquisition and disposal of land (including agricultural, strategic and development land)
- Property development work including site acquisition, general planning advice, preparing estate documentation and dealing with plot sales
- Refinancing and loan documentation (including loan facility arrangements for private lenders) and sales and leasebacks of commercial property
- The commercial property aspects of large-scale solar schemes, wind farms and battery storage facilities

Requirements
- Experience commensurate to that of 2+ years' PQE
- Experience in handling a broad range of commercial property work
- Ability to develop and build business relationships
- You will be commercially minded and driven to succeed/progress
