CFO

THE COMPANY

The company is a private equity backed high growth SME multi-site leisure and fitness sector operator. With multiple new sites planned year on year they are on an ambitious growth plan with a view to an exit in several years.

They are now seeking an equally ambitious CFO with fundraising experience to help grow the company. The salary package includes equity participation.

THE POSITION

Working alongside the CEO, the CFO will play a key role in the roll out of new sites, development and growth of the company and further fund raising. Responsibilities include:

• Business partnering the CEO and management
• Fund raising and investor presentations
• Supporting the roll out of new sites
• Strategic and financial commercial input
• Business and financial planning, financial analysis, KPI management
• Cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage the finance function, management, and statutory reporting
• Development of financial processes, controls, and systems to keep pace with and support growth

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates will require several years Finance Director/CFO experience, fund raising experience and preferably experience in bricks and mortar site roll out. You should have investor backed and / or private equity backed company experience. You should be ambitious, prepared to roll up sleeves, resilient, hardworking, proactive and commercial. This is an exciting commercial and entrepreneurial private equity backed growth opportunity and will also appeal to candidates interested in business partnering the CEO to achieve the company's plans. Remote and London working.

The salary banding advertised is a guideline, the remuneration offered will be commensurate upon experience.
