Partner Financial are working closely with a large services provider with a turnover in excess of £1bn, headquartered in London and currently driving a strategy to advance the global reach and continue the momentum.
We are seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to support a key division and cover an interim period of 6 months. The position reports directly to the Divisional Managing Director and has a dotted line to the UK Finance Director and is business partner to the MD.

We are seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to support a key division and cover an interim period of 6 months. The position reports directly to the Divisional Managing Director and has a dotted line to the UK Finance Director and is business partner to the MD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partner the Managing Director to deliver profitable growth and targeted performance;
- Growing revenues and driving profitable and sustainable margin performance;
- Deliver all monthly management accounting and reporting in a timely manner and to a best in class standard;
- Delivery of a smooth year-end and management of the Audit process;
- Ensure that debt is well managed and proactively monitored;
- Owning cash resources and management, working closely with Group Treasury;
- Commercially supporting all business initiatives including tendering and reviewing of contracts to and risks are offset;
- Assist in delivering process improvement initiatives based on what good looks like in other more established divisions;
- Responsibility for governance and compliance within the division;
- Providing support and coaching to one direct report the Management Accountant.
- A qualified Finance Business Partner with proven experience.
- A strong and demonstrable track record of professional achievement and delivery;
- A commercial mindset and ability to work with a range of non-finance stakeholders;
- A strong and robust character is essential;
- Ability to hit the ground running and build confidence and trust quickly;
- Ability to deliver accurate and timely numbers;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Available immediately or a very short notice.
