Equity CFO

Exceptional Equity CFO opportunity with rapid growth IT Technology/Telecomsbusiness based in Manchester; the powerful growth strategy is strongly under-pinned by their latest significant mid-market PE recent investment round.

Working v closely with the CEO as part of a highly impactive top drawer SMT, the CFO will operate proactively across all business functions as well as extensive direct interface with the PE backers and other professional stakeholders.

The brief:

• Operate as "right hand" to the CEO to drive the ongoing profitable business growth strategy.
• Develop a lean and added-value Finance function.
• Professionalise and integrate the entire business infrastructure to ensure optimal efficiency to support the successful business roll-out.
• Key input to a broad range of business development initiatives and new business "wins".
• Key point of contact with all professional stakeholders - PE, Bank, Legal, Tax, Business Advisors.
• Form deep and trusted relationship with the mid-market PE firm to report on key milestones towards achieving optimal Enterprise Value.
• Manage the eventual exit process - Data Room, IM, DD and Sales presentations.- to maximise shareholder returns withinthe next c 5 year period.
