Our client is a highly successful multinational Plc manufacturing business. This position will be based at the site in Nottingham.

Description

As Finance Business Partner, you will working as part of a localised finance team of 6, and will be supporting the Financial Controller and operational teams with the factory performance. Your role willl be extremely varied, and will include, but will not be limited to:

Preparation of the annual plan, to cover site volumes, raw and packaging costs, energy and utilities etc...
Delivering weekly flash reporting and reviewing with the Financial Controller
Preparation and analysis of monthly commentary on volumes, manufacturing and material variance, fixed costs and site margin
Delivery of month end timetable
Business partnering the operational teams and supporting them with the site's performance
Coordination of monthly BS reviews to present to the Financial Controller, including fixed assets, accruals, stock and prepayments
Preparation of quarterly forecasts
Analysis of material variances
Forecasting for conversion costs, weekly waste and BOM with commentary
Identify cost saving initiatives
Supporting with NPD and EPD to ensure financial viability of products
Managing a Finance Apprentice
Challenging and improving processes and ways of working Profile
