Head of Recruitment – Healthcare Recruitment
Salary Details: Negotiable depending on experience (plus an uncapped quarterly commission)
Location: Northwood, Stoke–on–Trent, ST1
Contracted Hours: Full–Time, performed between Mondays to Fridays
Contract Type: Permanent

This is a perfect opportunity to become part of our experienced and compassionate friendly team as the Head of Recruitment. We are looking for a driven, pro–active, and experienced salesperson to complement our existing team by engaging and successfully recruiting candidates for a variety of roles within the healthcare sector.
What you will be doing
* Line management and development of a strong team of 4 recruitment consultants including coaching and mentoring individuals in their roles, target setting, performance management and reviewing team efficiency
* Communicate deadlines, goals, and targets to team members
* Candidate sourcing and management using a variety of online tools, job boards, social media, sector–relevant websites, referrals, and direct–approach
* Screening and matching CVs to current job vacancies
* Candidate interview preparation and support
* Complete business development for the company
* Creating and managing a resourcing strategy which attracts the type and volume of candidates outlined in the operational forecasts
* Use social media to post and attract candidates
* Continually improve and build upon direct sourcing opportunities and to be aware of competitor advances
* Design and post both internal and external adverts
* Provide expert knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies that underpin the end–to–end recruitment lifecycle
* Managing and coaching a team of recruiters, ensuring effective use of recruitment tools to drive the attraction, assessment, and selection of casual workers
About you:
You will have proven experience within a recruitment background, with excellent leadership and management skills. You will also have excellent relationship building skills along with a positive attitude to lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants.
* Senior Recruitment experience within Health & Social Care (Desirable but not essential)
* Target driven with ambition to grow and expand your desk
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Extensive knowledge and experience with agency recruitment
* Experienced and confident communication skills over the telephone
* Target driven and focused
* Strong written and administrative skills
* Confident user of Outlook, Internet, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn) and Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
