CFO Healthcare Services business

Marks Sattin Executive Search is working exclusively with a Healthcare Services business who are seeking a CFO who will act as a key figure in their exciting plans to Exit the business to Private Equity within the next few years. With an impressive track record and a goal of continuing the growth and development of the business, the CFO who will partner alongside the Founders to develop and implement strategies for guiding the business to a successful and strong exit.

As the CFO, you will take full responsibility for oversight, development, and management of the finance function. This will involve the implementing of key systems, processes, and controls, which will aid the company in driving them into their next phase. As CFO you will be primary and valued contributor to Executive-Level strategy through the preparation of detailed and incisive performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
• Past experience as a CFO or Finance Director, preferably in a Healthcare business.
• Experience taking a business through an exit process.
• Keen attention to detail and organization
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Enthusiastic and willing to take a hands-on approach to growing businesses.
